On Friday night Cody Thompson picked up his 19th victory of the 2020 season with a $1,600 triumph in the Brycen Johnson Memorial at Murray County Speedway (Slayton, Minnesota). Against a field of 31 competitors, Thompson earned the fifth-starting spot in the feature after finishing advancing from fifth to second in his heat race.
The finale found Thompson streaking to the front of the pack to take the win in his Maaske Motorsports No. 25c Precision Hydraulics & Oils/ Jerovetz Motorsports Shock Service Razor Chassis.
